From skydiving and aerobatics to paragliding and ultralight flight, no program, match, or flight operation under our jurisdiction shall proceed without being fully coordinated, rigorously vetted, and approved by this body prior to takeoff. We will no longer allow corporate cartels to bypass safety protocols and demand a blood toll from our elite athletes.

With us, air sports and athletes are safe.

I, Dr. Sanaz Derakhshani Jan, as the Founding President and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Sports Medicine Federation (U.S.S.M.F.), declare our absolute, unalterable mission: Sports medicine management, healthcare clearances, and athletic governance must be completely liberated from the criminal grip of international money laundering rackets, institutional fraud, and entrenched cronyism. This Federation does not operate as a traditional organization; we act with the supreme authority of a federal watchdog. Our governance is driven solely by clinical science, unyielding medical expertise, and uncompromising integrity. We will no longer stand by while our elite champions are systematically abused, harassed, neglected, and left to survive in substandard conditions while corrupt corporate cartels enrich themselves on their names.
